Are there any fellow Dragon Quest fans around?

I ask because today, in 1986, the very first Dragon Quest game was released in Japan; thus, today is dubbed Dragon Quest Day.

Personally, I have been a fan of the franchise ever since receiving the NES game, Dragon Warrior IV, as a kid. I still have my childhood copy, in fact. Since then, Dragon Quest VIII & Dragon Quest XI (which I own on both the PS4 & the Nintendo Switch). Currently, I playing Infinity Strash: DRAGON QUEST The Adventure of Dai as well as the original Dragon Quest Builder.

Akira Toriyama's (RIP) art and character design is just so appealing. I've even collected some anime production cels from the Abel series. Here's an example:
