As someone who has invested heavily into marksman rifles I was really excited to try to get my hands on the Nemesis Exotic. So I found a guide and got started.

The reason I'm making this post is that 3 of the components you need are acquired by beating the final boss of Invaded Strongholds. Since those invaded strongholds are on a weekly rotation you only have approximately 1-2 days left to do Capitol to get that component. If you miss that window then you'll need to wait for it to go into rotation again.

Also please note, before you can get the capitol piece you need to get the starting piece which you get from Tidal Basin. Here are the steps really quickly:
Step 1
Start the Tidal Basin Stronghold.

Step 2
Continue until you get to the part where Manny tells you to find a laptop. There will be a two story bunkhouse in that area.

Step 3
Go to the top of the bunkhouse and you should find a keycard (gold object on a bed)

Step 4
Continue until you get inside the hovercraft.

Step 5
On the first floor after you clear it, you will be prompted to go to the back and up some stairs on the right. Instead go through the door on the right with a green keypad. There will be a gun case in there with a rifle called Adrestia SR 1

Step 6
Dismantle the Adrestia to get the component. You can now do the Capitol invasion for the next piece.

For the record, you do not have to be level 30 to get this, but your friends do. I picked it up at level 23, I was 21 when we started, so there is that too.
