I am new to the Samsung 10.1 inch tablet platform. (looking for arcade style games to play with blue tooth game controller)

Question #1. If I download steam games to my, Samsung Tablet. Will they work with the android operating system?

note: I can't even share the specs, because they where made for Windows, Mac, and Steam Link.

Games I would like to play, (if there are other gaming services like maybe Steam (mobile??))

-Mark of the Ninja
-Spelunky
-Grand Theft Auto 4, VC, SA
-Geometry Wars
-Atari Arcade
-Pacman Championship DX
