GS In Game Clans - Reminder

GS In game clans should be established and run by GS Administrators/Trail Guides whenever possible. In the rare occasion that there are no active GS Admins playing the specific game on a platform, a GS clan front can be established but admission to the clan should still follow GS Guidelines.
I know that there are a lot of new members joining and there are a lot of new games coming out. If you find that there is not an in-game clan for a game that you are playing, please bring it to the attention to us here in the forums so that we can set one up and ensure that the admin is in place. One of the main reasons that we like to have in-game clans administered by one of the GS admins is that we want to ensure that members of the clans are actually GS members and are registered on the forums and masterlists. Also, having a GS Admin in charge of in-game clans allows those admins to be responsible in the rare occasion that any issues need to be addressed between members or in general - we do not feel that this should be the responsibility of anyone else to ensure that our guidelines are being followed (we don't have many, but we request that the ones we have are followed).
Again, if you do not feel that there are active GS Admins playing a specific game, and you are willing to manage an in-game GS Clan front, please bring it to our attention and it should not be an issue. We do request that if you are managing the in-game clan that you adhere to our guidelines and if a GS Admin should begin playing the game that if possible they should be given an Admin role within that in-game clan front.
