heh... I remember more of the distant past every time I think through it, so I guess it's therapeutic...

But yeah, another intro would be bad - it would mean McMurphy had to go through another round of building the site, and I think he's done more than he planned already.

Hi! I'm Korchie!

I first joined GS way back during the days of Mario Kart Wii, before we had a website and existed within the frightening walls of the kiddie-run Mario Kart community.

I don't game like I used to, but I really appreciate that this place always gives me the option to game with someone, even when I play so causally, and no one judges me for my lack of skill. (Well, actually, I probably do get judged, but never to my face. So that's cool!) This place really does make it causal and make it all about having a good time with some buddies to game with.

It's crazy how I've been able to keep in touch with this guys for, what, 10 years? I feel like the crew are a bunch of old friends...even the ones I haven't known as long.

A bit about me.. I grew up with Nintendo. My first console was NES, but the most played one was SNES. Today, I own a Nintendo Switch and PS4. I am an avid Pokemon Go player, and rep Team Mystic. I play hockey. I work for a huge conglomerate in Downtown Detroit in client service. I have a cat. Coke Zero is my favorite drink.

see you soon in the old west. i enjoyed red deads 1st take on mp, and the zombies were a blast too. i'm guessing with rockstar's online success in gta they will do something special. in the mean time are you playing any other ps4 mp games? i picked up cod, and am pleasantly surprised after skipping a few years.
beer and film, two of my favorite pursuits. hopefully we'll dedicate threads to both on the new forum. i'd love to see a microbrew suggestion thread. stone in san marcos is my favorite currently (both the beer and the hangout). there are so many of them on the west coast. i bought a sixer of mike hess double ipa yesterday and its great. they're in san diego somewhere, i'll have to seek them out.
