Thanks for the warm welcome. It's always appreciated. The only things I'm here for is fun which I get from having company to game with in w/e I'm playing which rn happens to be Destiny 2. I'm having a blast with this game.

Hello everyone. I have played online games off and on for quite a while now. I usually don't commit a lot of time to gaming anymore, but with winter arriving (early!) I figured I'd dust off the keyboard and headset and see who's playing what. I used to use kcshocker as my gamertag, but I also have been using TheDEEVS more recently (a nickname I acquired while in the Navy).

I think my first experience playing onine was Mechwarrior 3. It was the first game that I played where there was a community of real people interacting, strategizing, and just enjoying the company of others online. I also played WoW for quite a while, but I didn't have the time to invest in the higher level raids.

Currently I play a bit of PUBG, BlackOps4, and I might get back into Destiny 2, although I'd be starting from scratch. I enjoy the shooter games, but I must admit I'm not very good at them. I'm open to trying other games as well. I think I enjoy the social aspect as much as (or possibly more) playing the game itself, although I can be somewhat quiet at times. I'm really looking forward to Mechwarrior 5 whenever it eventually arrives.

Outside of gaming, I enjoy some amateur photography and drone racing.

I may be creeping up on 50 (I'll be 48 in a few days) but still a kid at heart.
