Best frame to build first?

Been a while since I built my first one? Any tips or thoughts?

I used to not like archwing and I think my problem was that it took so long to find mods for them. Now that I can kill stuff quickly I like them :)

I still have the base archwing because I hate them so I never bothered to work on it. If I have to do a archwing mission I get a friend to carry me through it or taxi me past it. LOL

A good all arounder is Inaros IMO. I don't know how easy he is to get from starting from the beginning though. If I had to pick on of the old school frames I would (and did) Pick Rhino to start.

Inaros is a good stay-alive frame. He can only be gotten through (buying him with platinum, or) his quest which you buy from Baro for 100 Ducats and 25,000 credits, which isn't super difficult for a low level. The argon and Nitain needed to craft him though might be difficult for an MR 1-3 to get though. If you can get him later on though, I agree he's a solid frame :)

I started with Trinity prime, thanks Twitch for the free bees. Using her as a stand off sniper of sorts and staying away from melee. I did try Excal and Frost, but I felt kinda meh with them. I am using Rhino mostly right now and have Nezha built and waiting to level up. Rhino I have found a great primary and melee combination, and most of all he feel comfortable for my style of play for right now. I think Omega hit it right on the head, when it comes to what kind of player are you. Are you aggressive, passive, sneaky, etc........ Think of how you play, me I prefer to be aggressive , love guns and melee, but enjoy a bit of speed too.

Having finally gotten bit by this bug, I am seeing how there is endless possibilities in how you can build a Frame, customizing it to your own personal style, and knowing there is really no wrong answer. I know there is meta in end game, but still it seems that the meta is even customizable to the individual player and their style.
Feel free to add me on Discord: Daarkwind#6497.

I started with an Excalibur, I've put 100 hours in and got a few more frames along the way, but I've put the precious potatoes I acquired in Excalibur, Mag and Frost, Excalibur because he was my first, Mag as some of her abilities save my bacon solo, putting a bubble around a tough enemy is handy and Frost to defend my position or save my life with his snow globe, with those 3 frames i feel I can run any sort of mission.

It's getting tougher around Neptune, but hey that's why I just join GS :)

Excal's radial blind is a great skill to build around, I think it's good enough to get through Sedna missions.

@CaptainKadaver that's how I look at the game too; the right frame for the right job :D
