We have a macabre tradition dating back to the original release of Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U: Themed races on Friday the 13th! It's time to don the hockey masks & properly celebrate the ever timely Friday the 13th of the Halloween season by joining the rest of us in a themed meet-up in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe! This also gives us a chance to try out all the additional new tracks & speculate on the final DLC pack together. Here are the details:

1. GAME MODE: Raiding WorldWide online races.
2. RACER: Please Choose ShyGuy &/or a Jason Mii.
3. DATE: October 13th, 2023 (Friday)
4. TIME: 5pm to 9pm Pacific Time (ie: 8pm to 11pm Eastern)
5. WHERE TO MEET: The Shellslingers room on our Discord server.

The tournament is technically open to everyone, so, with a little promotion, we may see some new faces show up. Spread the word & see you there!
