World war 3 is a EA game on steam, that is alot like BF3/4. So if your into those type of games i would check it out. If you pick it up make sure you look me up, always looking for people to play with. [GS]gobi or gobi423 on steam.

I'll warn you, its brutal. the damage model is more of that of Arma 3 than battlefield, but the customization is second to none. map layout is pretty solid as well. now there are some bugs due to being EA but i'm still really enjoying it.

Oh I’m fine with that. I like the realistic challenge it gives. I take it the weapon modifications will be closer to call of duty or?

lol no. Think more like weapon smith in ghost recon wildlands or ghost recon future solider, and then some. You can put just about any attachment you want on your guns, change out the body parts, add a camo to it. It's one of the most in depth customization i have seen in a game.

I've been watching the development of this game, but I can't bring myself to purchase it while it's in EA atm. I'll keep watching it and see how it improves with time. Hopefully this dev team can make it into a solid shooter.

They definitely have a long way to go, the very first loading screen takes on average 3 minutes. But once you actually get in to the game, you can tell they’ve been working their ass off.

I can agree, loading times are long, but the game itself is alot of fun. Sure it still has some bugs and things need to be tweaked, but there is more than a soild foundation there and they keep working on making the game better, and have been communicating and patching the game pretty steadily since it's rough launch

I saw a few other videos from level cap regarding how they're working on it and how it's improving. Good for that team on keeping updates moving during EA. I'll keep my eye on it for now and maybe pick it up once it's close to its end in EA.
