GTA 5 PC - Heists

hello Everyone,
I recently got back to playing GTA V (5)(PC) mainly cause i wanted to try out the Heists since i only played one of them only long time ago with a squad of friends and it was enjoyable and fun.
I'm looking for fellow Gunslingers who are interested & willing in doing heists as a squad cause i tried doing them with random lobby etc... however unfortunately seems impossible to enjoy since many quit half mission or so..
