I would love to join up with fellow Gunslingers in Fallout 76, for the beta and once it's live. However, I'm sorry to say that the beta won't be live for PS4 until a week later. The Oct. 23 date is for XBox only.

I am still debating because as fun as this game looks I am hesitant because of the lack of a solo player mode. Let me know what y'all think.

based on the lengthy GI article i read it sounds like solo won't be so bad. attacking non combative human players doesn't sound to be much fun for pvp players, as an attacking player killing a player not firing back gets slapped with an immediate bounty and is exposed to all on the map. joining in on destiny style events will mean loot for all, and pvp is toggled off when the bullets start flying to avoid accidental gunfights. running solo will be a little more stressful, just like it would solo'ing a real wasteland, but it will be manageable. of course coop will be more fun with a good group.

I am seriously doubting I will get this fallout game. It does not sound like it will be fun at all.

I figure I'll give it a shot. I didn't think I would like fallout 3 after Bethesda took over and changed it to an FPS. But It ended up being one of my all time favorite games. So I figure a good group of gunslingers exploring together, will in its self be worth the buy.
