Howdy folks! My name is Ranger, I am what you could call an OG - Original Gamer. My first game was tennis, which consisted of two sticks bouncing a square ball to each other. I think it was a Binatone/Coleco vision system. I was hooked from the getgo. I progressed to Atari Systems, Spectrums and then Commodore 64. The big one was getting an Amiga 1200 with all the extras. Then obviously I got a PC and I fell in love with the whole idea of PC Gaming - Modding Communities, Tech Communities, and Gaming Communities, etc etc. I loved the idea that you could build a bespoke system. I then learnt how to fix poorly PC's and became proficient at diagnosing and repairing systems. (You would be amazed how many systems that came in were infected due to Pornography web surfing - over 50% of jobs could be traced to it LOL!)

Anyway I am 47, married and had my first (and last!!) child in 2018. So gaming took a hit as I logged on to being a father. I always said I would never marry or have kids. I had a good run as I didn't get wed until 2016 and do you know what? Its the most amazing thing to be a husband and dad. I wouldn't change it for the world.

My gaming tastes are very eclectic. One minute I am playing Gary Grigsby's War In The Pacific - Admirals Edition (Acclaimed as the most complicated game ever) then I could be playing World War Z, Hell Let Loose, or Bannerlord II. I have had consoles but I end up selling them as I never use them. But I am thinking of getting a PS5 or Xbox....here he goes again...) It is just PCs in my opinion are better as an all round package. I do see the huge benefits of Consoles too - plug n play, uniformity and little under the hood maintenance to worry about.

I love sports - watching it these days! I will watch anything. I like to think I am easy going and chilled out - a team player. So that's me guys - I am friendly and approachable, helpful.

My name is Steve but i go by the name BAD DADDY partly due to my eldest son when he says I'm not a nice guy when I'm absolutely smashing him at all the games he loves and partly because my gameplay style can be hazardous to health. I have 4 children and all have learned the ability the drive me slowly towards the white cuddle coat and padded cell. I currently drive trucks and deliver beer barrels for a living, not the most luxurious work but the scenery is always good and deadlifting the barrels all day has made me into an absolute beast. I have been a gamer long before even my grandparents were born but having a family and a long demanding job means i can't game as much as i would like, although i still manage to get thumb cramp (weird how that works) .

Overall i love to game and meet new people thats why I'm here, well that and i have no friends to help me do raids and stuff .

Ps, wife is an absolute pain.
