Hey there, new member looking for people to play Fallout 76 on PC.

Recently moved to Oregon and will be active mostly evenings PST.

Bethesda username is same as steam: Bmanruler.

Well, now that I see that the forum is back up and proper, I will re-re-introduce myself. I'm Heath3n (or heathen, or heath3n...or Tyler), and I'm mostly on Xbox One. I'm thirty years old, weld for a living, and expecting my first child (a boy) early next year. I joined up with the Gunslingers here back when GTA V first came out, and was a regular fixture at the events for that game, creating maps and races, and just hanging out.

I expect to be a regular on Fallout 76 soon, and Red Dead Online when it launches. Always looking for people to play with. Good to meet everyone!

Great thing about being a member of GS is that you can usually find a fellow member to play with if you look and are actively sending out friend requests from the masterlists and forums. Who knows, we might see each online at times. The times I posted are really just a baseline of sorts. It will very depending on what I've got going on in the afternoons and evenings here. I will send you a friend request next time I sign on. I'm currently waiting for the update file to download which says is going to take 4 hours. I knew I should have taken advantage of the opportunity to pick up the game last night as part of the early release but, didn't feel like leaving the house. So...I may or may not be able to play today.

I had an opportunity to play during the beta sessions and liked it quite a bit. I mean, there's some issues (as would be expected in a beta release) and the world seems a little empty seeing as there are no NPCs (a much debated topic online). However, I can deal with the emptiness. The game is set to take place just 20 years after the vaults closed, and is the first vault to open it's doors. I can kinda see how you might find an empty world in that scenario. Anyway, I really think whether you will or won't like the game will depend on your expectations for the game. If you are looking for a clone of your FO4 experience - or expect it to take steps forward closer to what a FO5 experience may be like - then you might not like it. Personally, I think it plays a lot like FO4 in a lot of ways, just much more empty (other than creatures, robots, and other players).

Overall, I had a lot of fun with the game in beta and I'm confident that I will be putting a lot of hours into this game. It's not perfect but, I will definitely have fun with it. If you are hesitant to drop $60 on it, maybe look for a friend who has it or look for it on Redbox and give it a try that way. That would be my best advice if you are worried about it.
