I am late to the party here but I am a diehard Brewers fan. The NLCS was frustrating as I feel Counsell managed it wrong but that is easy for me to sit back and say. I dont care who made the WS though, nobody was going to take down the Sox. They were the best team all year long.

i'm really surprised the brewers haven't made any noise in the starting pitcher market. it would seem to be all that separates them from being true world series contenders. maybe they can add a couple arms from within.

They have some really good young talent but I am with you, I think they need to try and add 1 top of the rotation type starter to solidify things.

With the Sox resigning Evoldi I believe they can be a contender.

it sounds like they are sticking with the plan to fill the rotation with last years bullpen. young arms that are hitting the high 90's. could work, but need a backup plan too. i like the dodgers getting kelly. that guy is money in october.
