Thanks for sharing these Murphy! In case you were wondering the untitled wedding song is a piece I wrote for my fiancé for our first dance!

Yep!!

You can just click on the download link for each song :) glad you like them! My plan is to write a song for each important event in my life. I've already done that without even knowing it haha, heres the scoop:

1) No Finale for the fallen - This is an acoustic classical guitar piece I wrote. My grandma was in the hospital and things were not going well for her. I finished it right before she passed.

2) Big Easy - Things were going well for me, I was dating a beautiful girl (now my fiance) and I was touring with the band, this is just really a happy song.

3) Talk Is Cheap - Simply put this is a heavier song with electric guitar and drums, and was written because some chick that liked me almost kept my fiance and I apart because she told us lies about the other person to try to keep us apart

4) What Have I Become - This song was written when I was in a darker place in my life and was extremely stressed. This has guitar, bass, keyboard, drums, piano and strings and is my most complete work.

5) Untitled Wedding Song - I actually originally wrote this song as a fast acoustic song for my fiance. Then I turned it into a slow acoustic picked song, and then I turned it into a piano piece. This is actually the first song I've ever written on piano. I wish I had a better VSTI for the midi input I used so if any of you guys can recommend a good one i'm all ears, I used kontact and steinberg vienna grand.

6) Life By The Drop - This is a cover of a stevie ray vaughan song. This is the only song with vocals, and it was recorded around 6 years ago or so. I've improved since then but I still like it so I added it.

Thanks for the link! I've downloaded the songs and liking them more and more :)
Finale for the Fallen and Untitled Wedding Song are my favorite. And nice to know the story behind each song. Gives them more depth when listening.
I started playing drums when I was 13 years old. I then bought a Juno-106 synthesizer (which I still own and play on) few years later. I bought a bass guitar and started growing my hair and in the end I bought myself an electric guitar and me and my long hair joined a thrash metal band
We quit in '93 and later I was messing around composing few songs for myself. Picked up the classical guitar few years ago just to mess around playing a little Bach in the living room for my cat :D

Hi Brewski!

First, I love 'No Finale For the Fallen' - It's so beautiful and knowing the story behind the song just aches my heart and I felt your pain through the song. And listening to it thought of my mom and dad who are very old now and I started to cry. :) Terrific song.

And second, 'Untitled Wedding Song' is bloody brillant.
So bleary and yet so uplifting. A really great composition man!
You should be proud.

Yes i have some songs. I'm not keen on showing them to everyone :)
I'm a bit shy regarding that and I was bullied in school and my self esteem was killed then.
So I'm not really confident in those songs. But I've had friends say they are allright.

Here is my old band: http://youtu.be/z4tfpzx2nKs
I wrote the song and I was the guy who was the least in the video lol :)

Well, some years after we quit I started to compose my own music which I couldn't define. But it was music. Melodic and I wrote it. I was happy. The songs were emotinal and sad.

Here are 2 songs I did (forgive the bad mix :D) and they are my favorite :)

1) Arthur Dent's Theme - http://youtu.be/hBue4D-s-dI

2) Goodbye (So long) - http://youtu.be/PT-bS8N8JAM

Hope you enjoy it!
