11/29/2009 Shellslingers Present...Mario Kart Wii Tournament

The clan that has been promoting our Mario Kart Wii interest for over a year would like to invite every red blooded adult to compete in their sponsored tournament on November 29th, 2009 at 3pm Pacific Time!

The details for the event is as follows:

-The Tournament is comprised of 3 GPs-
-1st GP: Use a light weight character-
-2nd GP: Use a medium weight character-
-3rd GP: Use a heavy weight character-
-bikes and karts are allowed-
-Select "random" for track selections-
-The player with the highest total points wins the tournament-
-In case of a tie, winner(s) face off in Battle Balloon mode-

Cool stuff! An event countdown timer has been added to the lobby and game specific chat pages. Right now it's counting down to this tournament, but is set to end at 12am on 11.29.2009. When a time is determined I'll add that in so it will countdown to the proper hour.

I don't know how I managed to forget to add the time of the tournament in the first post! I had it in the "SCHEDULE" stickied topic, which can be referenced any time in the "Tournament Sundays" forum, but not here.
