As part of the Gunslingers 6 Year Anniversary Celebration, we are hosting a Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 event entitled, "The Twisted Yet Predictable Return of Colonel Mustard!"
To appreciate the legacy of our take of Colonel Mustard, here is the original description and "back story" post back in August, 2010:
Welcome to the sequel, and doesn't all proper sequels involve a cruise ship? Well, this one does. You and your surviving comrades decide to transform the typically somber anniversary of the Colonel Mustard nightmare into one of positivity and moving on by booking yourselves on board of an exotic cruise ship. You don't need therapy! There is nothing that eating good food, enjoying enchanting scenery, and flirting with sunbathing tourists can't fix. Right?
Whether it is the actual reemergence of the sadistic phantom of Colonel Mustard or the very juxtaposition of your suppressed memories against the lively nightlife, you and your fellow soldiers are convinced that the cruise ship is sinking and the only way to save it is to make a deal with said demon. Take knives from the luxury restaurant kitchen and fight to the death. The last soldier standing will captain the ship to safety. Redemption will be had!
Here is how the event works:
Starting Date/Time: Saturday, June 15th at 6pm Pacific (8pm Central; 9pm Eastern).
Duration: Possibly three weeks, every Saturday, same time, depending on sign-ups.
Platforms: Wii U, Xbox360, PS3
Map/Location: Hijacked; the pool on the "wine deck."
Weapon Set: Normal knives only. No perks.
