I remember the childhood tradition of convincing parents to pick up the breakfast cereals Count Chocula, Franken Berry, or Boo Berry, which only hit the store shelves during the Halloween season. I was a little surprised to see that the sugar fueled tradition is still going on considering how much the cereal market has shifted from "toys inside the box" to health conscience variety.

So, what was your favorite? Think hard. Choose wisely. This is very important.

I chose Boo Berr! I love anything that is blue and edible. I also love berries. I remember getting it when I was just a kid waiting to see what prizes the cereal would offer next. I still to this day eat Boo Berry on occasion. Like murphy said, cereal is a bit different now days. Not only is Boo Berry more healthy for you now it also tastes even more amazing then I remember.

Count Chocula all the way! BobaFett will buy anything with Star Wars stamped on it.
Although I haven't had all this cereal I still say Count is the shit.

I must admit I don't even remember the Brute one, but I do remember getting the Mummy cereal as a kid...even remember one of the commercials. According to wikipedia, those two cereals have been discontinued since the '80s.

I actually liked Fruit Brute (a most forgotten monster cereal). So...why did I vote for Frankenberry?

I'll tell you why...cu'z strawberry milk is the bestest!

The more recent iterations of the monster cereals are not like the originals. I only see Count Chocula every once in a while (but less and less as the years go by).
