Before we go any further, visit the Forum Index while you are logged into your account to cast your votes in twenty-one different game categories! Time is almost up!

I bet, after casting your votes, you thought we forgot about the all important category, "Game of the Year." Well, yeah, we did. Oops. BUT it did allow us to use a method in this category's nominations that best reflects the votes that are already coming in. All of the choices represent a combination of games that seem popular across various categories in Gunslinger Games Awards this year. By all means, write-in votes are still allowed if you feel strongly about a game not included in the nominations.

Use the attached poll to cast your vote for GAME OF THE YEAR. The poll will be open for one week.

Have fun, and we look forward to publishing the results in a February edition of the Gunslinger Gazette.

Game on! :gaming:

Oh man... Super Mario 3D World is a very close runner up. But gonna have to hand it to AC4.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist makes honorable mention and would have been my write-in if the multiplayer worked more consistently. It's campaign was phenomenal! ...perhaps i should go buy the DLC now that i'm thinking about it.

I would have gave blacklist my vote as it was amazing, but GTA was brilliant. The walking dead was pretty good too, in terms of story telling it was a cut above.

Split between Tomb Raider & The Last Of Us, but at a push I'd say The Last Of Us.

I've voted for KZ:SF simply because it is the only new game I've played this year that has worked straight out of the box. It runs well with no issues and (unlike BF4) even incorporates the PS$'s party system in to the game to make playing with friends a lot easier.

GTA and BF4 could have been contenders if they had not had so many issues, it seems increasingly that devs have making us pay for half finished games. I wanted to be a tester I would get a job testing and not have to pay for the privilege of playing a buggy game

TLOU. For anyone that has played it, no game will suck you in as much as this game. This game is also the reason I'm excited for Playstation Now. This will be the first game I replay. For those that haven't played it, do so.

Simply the best game of the generation IMO. Story, Gameplay, Graphics, it has it all in spades.
